All workshops require a minimum registration to run. Workshops particularly at risk are indicated on your registration confirmation by the sentence: “This workshop is to be confirmed.” IETS will confirm at risk workshops two weeks before the workshop start date. Do not make any non-refundable travel plans until a workshop has been confirmed.
In the event that insufficient registration warrants cancellation of a workshop, you will be notified at least 14 days prior to the start of the program and will receive a full refund in the same manner in which the registration fee was paid.
IETS is not responsible for refunding travel fees and other expenses incurred by participants.
In the unlikely event of an unforeseen emergency, such as inclement weather or illness of the presenter, the workshop will be postponed and registrations “rolled over” automatically unless the participant notifies IETS differently. Participants unable to attend the new date will be provided with full credit for registration for a future workshop.
