PLEASE NOTE: This workshop is now confirmed to run!
Are you able to articulate and document how you manage your J-1 Exchange Visitor Program relative to regulatory requirements and its program's objectives? Are you prepared for a J-1 site visit with DOS? Regardless of whether your visit is a more friendly meet and greet, or a compliance visit, this workshop is for you! You will want to review your J-1 Exchange Visitor program to be sure you are following the intent of the J1 EV Program. The J-1 college and university and student intern category are undergoing a category review as well so this is a good time to review your program. Information from experienced RO/AROs who have had a recent site visit will be shared as well as guidance on important areas to look out for.
